Rebecca is a former educator and was an Editor for an online magazine before joining NBS2GO at its inception. She led her first Bible study group in 2012. Rebecca took a short leadership break as her family moved away from the city and into the quiet of rolling fields and running waters.
She began a new Bible study group, where one member stated, “It finally feels like a neighborhood!" An emphatic example of the power of God and potential of neighbor Bible studies. God gives good gifts!
"Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful" Hebrews 10:23 NIV.
Rebecca wrote to help gain awareness and sponsorships for Hands of Love USA and their precious orphans in Uganda with a revision of their website in 2017. She then rejoined the NBS2GO team.
Rebecca lives on the Etowah River with her husband, teen son, and a rescued dog that shadows her every move. Any spare time is filled with turning pages - reading or writing. She longs for days when their oldest son comes home from college and the family can hike - including Ranger the dog, who has his own backpack. Her favorite verse:
“He will yet fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouts of joy” Job 8:21 NIV.
